Thumb Drive Version of VO

One of the features that I like is the ability to put your VO settings  
on a portable drive so when moving from Mac to Mac you don't have to  
set new preferances. Has anyone figured out how to do this yet? It  
would be very helpful as I am now having to remove voice over with  
Apple's help. If no one knows I should have the answer later, but it  
would be appreciated now.
