New or old I Tunes or what?

Simply put, I did a clean install and did not keep any I Tunes files  
what so ever. When I went to play a audio book from my thumb drive I  
Tunes asked me to create a new library and I told it no. After that I  
reopened the book and I Tunes asked me to go through a new setup  
wizard. I did that and went to set up new pod-cast that I thought I  
lost. I want to know how this happened and where is my I Tunes folder  
now stored. It use to be in music/itunes/podcast or something. Now  
there is nothing in the music folder in my home directory.
