Hi there Jane,
To browse through the feeds provided you go to the file menu and
choose Add RSS feeds.
You then choose the radio button that says browse feeds in safari
bookmarks
you then VO arrow down and interact with the collections table. This
organises the feeds into different categories.
You can then stop interacting and vo arrow across to the Name table
and this shows you the individual feeds.
Then when you have added the ones you want, you find them on your
sidebar, usually underneath your mailboxes.
It works rather nicely for me.
