Making Alarmsfor programs

Hi everyone.  Right now I am using Books2burn to create audio  
recordings of books, but I don't have a way to know when Books2burn is  
finished unless I want to monitor the status area constantly.  Would  
there be a way to set up an action or trigger or somethign to sound a  
beep or other sound when the book is finished being created?  If so  
how would I do this?
