Hi Jane,
In the Mail preferences, in the RSS section, if you have Mail set to
your default RSS reader, then if you click on an RSS feed in Safari,
it will automatically bring up the box to add it to the RSS feeds in
Mail. You can also add new RSS feeds manually if you have the link
for the feed in the File menu under "Add RSS feeds." HTH.
