Here's a better link to the Tables version 1.4 beta that has a

Use either the link chooser menu (VO-keys+U) or item chooser
menu (VO-keys+I) and go to the download for 1.4 beta11

The page gives a description of the new features.  As Cheryl
says, Google is your friend.
