Scott,

Windows will load slow no matter what system it is on it loads slower though 
as I said in fusion.  In fusion, when you click the boot camp partition, it 
gets to the point where you think it's not even going to load.

just to be totally sure we don't have wires crossed here, are you saying
that even if I take fusion out of the equation and reboot in to windows its
still gonna take an age to load?  Even when its not running under
virtualisation?  Had to check for sure that you got what I meant with the
last question, because I don't even drink coffee, so you can imagine how bad
the waiting would be!
