Jed, you might be able to use missing sync with your pda, but if I
understand correctly it wouldn't be of much value because those
windows based pdas only accept outlook and it's ilk which is not
accessible to us at this point. Someone please correct me if I am
rong. you might though be able to access the pda through its usb port
or wireless.
AS to the addressbook, looking through the import submenu under file
in the addressbook, there are several options, of which the two most
potentially applicable are vcards and text file. So, you would want
to first export your addressbook into one of those formats and then
import it using this submenu.
