This isn't going ot answer your question, but I'd like to mention that it was slightly confusing to me at first, but after taking some time to get a handle on entering new cards in Address Book, it is quite good and I adore it. It's the easiest Addressbook program I've ever used on any computer, and it's the first time I've used such a program extensively. Give yourself a little time to come to grips with the way it works, and I think you'll be quite happy with it.
