Hi Shaun and David, I don't know what David means about editing the plist files to get rid of references to a deleted Application that appears in contextual menu options, but a quick Google search brought up the suggestion that you check either for a system folder named
/Library/Contextual Menu Items/ or a Library/Contextual Menu Items/ folder that may have been created under your account. Delete plugins that might be associated with your deleted applications. (If you have many such plugins, and can't tell which is which by the name, you might be able to decide which is the problem plugin by it creation date).
