I either need a fix for the DCM under Window-eyes or Window-eyes and Fusion don't work right with the xp64 addison.

Just have a couple questions on fusion. I have Windows and Window-
eyes installed as a virtual machine, but how do I get the machine to
do a reboot so that Window-eyes can fix the DCM drivers. The next
thing is, do you guys generally suspend your machines or shut them down?
