Not sure if someone responded to this yet but some tuners do come with
software. However, there are several really good programs out there
that someone looking at this technology would want to consider. Check
out beyondTV for example. Turns your computer to a Tivo machine more
or less. Not sure about accessibility though. They give a 30 day free
trial and its got terrific features.
