You can read the entire doc in Preview. If you tab around that
window, I believe you'll have a way to advance pages. It's been a
little while since I used it, but I needed to read the manual to
actually learn about how the heck to use VO the day after I'd
purchased my MacBook, so found the Mac Manual and went from there...
Sorry I can't be of more help, but I'll give it a quick look in a bit
and get back with you if no one else does and you haven't been able to
