TiVo recording on the Mac

Listers I am having trouble with a download and need your help. Here  
is my problem. I am trying to download TiVo Decode Manager from http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=186638&package_id=217608&release_id=477254 
 and it doesn't really spell things out clearly. I get the part about  
PPC Macs and such. I can't trigger a download for Leopard. I don't  
know if VO skips or if it is something I am doing wrong. Would anyone  
be willing to take a look and tell me what they think. Also is Source  
Forge a site that can be trusted because my Google search wouldn't  
show me a result to go straight to the developer. Thanks for any help
