	hi all when i just tried audio highjack and i set the microphone, and  
sound flower 2 as the output, then highjacked taht and recorded from  
system audio, the lag in terms of my keystrokes was unbareable, yet  
ont he playback of the recording no lag was noticed and i could hear  
my voice
can i just set the mike to silence output and have a responsive user  
experience when using vo and themac or windows ont he ac in this case
