Skype Voice Mail

Listers this is what a Skype tech agent sent me to re-set my voice  
mail count. It sounds like Mac, but I don't see a tools or a pop-up  
button. I thought she was telling me how to do this in Windows but  
after seeing the pop-up button I realized that it was a Mac operation.  
Never the less I still don't see it and need your help. Here is what  
she said:
On Skype client open Tools -> Options. On the pop-up window choose  
Call forwarding and Voicemail tab -> locate area Voicemail: tick the  
box Send unanswered calls to Skype voicemail. To disable Voicemail  
untick that box
