Hey, I just accomplished it in Windows!!! I used my braillelite and Windoweyes; I know this isn't a Windows list but I'll post this in case somebody has to do it. Sorry, my instructions are from the point of view of a braillelite 40 user; if you use another display or only speech, I can't help you but maybe you can translate to meet your needs.

To review and change account:

1. open itunes.
2. Press alt and down arrow; you won't necessarily hear anyathing when you press alt but if you arrow down and/or right you'll eventually hear context menu.
3. Arrow right to store and down to view my account and hit enter.
4. Enter password in the dialog that comes up and ID if necessary. Press view account button. 6. Use your advance bars to get to either edit account information or edit payment information, whichever one you want, then press the routing cursor under the "e" in "edit" until the word disappears. You'll be taken to the correct dialog. 7. Now I can only explain about payment information because that's what i changed but I think the procedure in changing account information will be similar. Tab through edit fields and fill them in. In Windoweyes you will have speech as well as braille for these. 8. Use advance baqrs till you find the expiration date; press the routing cursor on whatever month is there and then hit alt; you'll be in a context menu where you can change the month; hit enter.
9. do the same for year.
10. You have to scroll down to find the done button because you can't hear it or find it on your display; I think page down might have done it but I tried several things so I'm not sure. You may have to try this repeatedly. 11. Move your advance bars until "done" is under the cursor; then press the routing button and hold it in till the word disappears; this should mean done has been activated and your information has been changed. 12. If you take too long to do this, you may press done only to be told to start over again!!!

GOOD LUCK!!!

Now I'm going to buy that song!!!
