These interfaces are, in my experience, very accessible and require as
little or as much HTML know-how as a person has.  They are also great
because an effort is made to comply with w3c standards as well as
those other standards (I'm forgetting what they are called at the
moment) for accessibility.  I know this is especially the case for
Plone.
