making a music CD

Hey guys,
OK, i have about 200 or so folders on a harddrive.  Each one of them  
represents a CD number.  It has a pre-defined amount of tracks on it,  
enough to fill a CD.
Is there an easy way to make a playlist with let's say the songs in  
that folder, and then burn a CD?
I wanna make this really simple, is there any way to do with out  
going nuts with itunes?
