If Flash content makes use of the Flash accessibility feature set to expose content and functionality to Microsoft Active Accessibility, then I think JAWS, Window-Eyes, HAL, and System Access may all be able to make some use of it. It would also be worth trying out Thunder and NVDA, although I doubt you'll have much luck with those yet.
