ah, yes, you can already get those things.  they don't work all that well.

I was reading that apple will sell a usb to ethernet dongle you can
get for the macbook air.  Still though, I don't think this is a laptop
intended for everyone.  If you do a lot of traveling, and you really
need a small machine, the air might be the way to go.  Otherwise, it's
probably still better to consider a macbook or macbook pro, depending
on what your needs are.
