airport and universal access issues.

Hi guys. I'm having some issues. My first issue is with my airport.  
I'm connected to my wireless router and my internet connection works  
just fine for my PC that is connected wirelessly but the router  
doesn't like macs r something because it'll randomly kick me off and  
my airport thing in the menu bar will say scanning. What's going on?  
Am I doing something wrong with the way I connect to my wireless  
network? This never happened in tiger. Speaking of things that didn't  
happen in tiger that leads me to my next question. When I tell the  
computer to egnore trackpad while mouse keys are on it works fine  
until I restart. Why can't it save that setting even when it restarts?  
Any help would be so awesome. I wish my internet would stay connected  
so I can talk to my friends on skype with out having to call them back  
when it hangs up or resigning in with adium. Anyways thanks for any  
help.
