Well, I'll try to describe how it works:
If you want to change the language from german to english:
1: Find "english" with the arrow keys, and press vo command f5 to move the
mouse to "english."
2: Press vo command shift space to start dracking the mouse
3: Press the vo keys and up arrow until you come to the top of the list. You
have now dracked the mouse to the top of the list.
4: Press vo keys command shift space to drop "english" at the top of the
list.
The most of your settings should be in english. If it's still in german, try
to sign out and sign in again.
Please note:
If you sign out, Voiceover will maybee be deactivated, so you have to turn
it on again.
