Ah ok thanks tim. I could fill in the first and last name ok, but
then I was stuck. That helps a lot, as VO doesn't say whether those
fields are for phone numbers or email addresses

TK;; When you create the new card, the fields are as follows:
• First
• Last
• Work Phone (unless you change the pop-up)
• Mobile Phone (unless you change the pop-up)
• Work eMail (unless you change the pop-up)
After you input a Work eMail for example, you can then click on the
Add new eMail button and then add a Home eMail for the same Address
card. It's not nicely labeled but that appears to be how it works.
