Cheryl, Would it be safe to assume that upon selecting the song, you would use the enter key or space bar to try and play it? If so, this could be the problem. The song that you select is not always the song that iTunes is targeted to play.
So, I would suggest that upon selection, you double click on the song (VO-Keys + Shift + Spacebar). That should play the intended track. The problem i am having is that I can select an item to play in iTunes; vokeys-f6 clearly shows it selected but when I try to play it another item is played, if I do cmd-l another item is shown instead of the one i've selected.
