Sorry, I'm not following you.  I shop successfully on target all the time, 
but you said the nfb got target or something like that.  My retorical 
question was self answered.  NFB had to beg for the right to a class action 
suit, they got the right but will they win?  In one way they will but not 
through any effort of their own.  Target is doing what they stated in their 
original response to the suit request so when that is completed, their site 
will be usable in its entirety or at least as far as it can be within the 
limitations of windows technologies.  Target should be made aware that there 
are also a growing number of users of voiceover on the Mac that should be 
afforded the same level of access but their policy as I understand it is to 
cater only to windows users period, so that hurdle must be surmounted at the 
same time that access to the site through voiceover is sought.

I'm not privvy to a legal background, but I believe that were we to approach 
anyone with software or web accessible on the windows platform to consider 
mac, we wouldn't have legal ground since the response can rightfully but 
sadly be "well, use windows".
