question on Tables

Folks, I'm trying Tables out and I have a question. I have an Excel  
spreadsheet, well it's actually a series of sheets where in Excel  
you'd click on the various tabs to display different data. I can't  
figure out in Tables how to accomplish the same task and I haven't  
found my answer in the help file. Can anyone provide some advice on  
how I can move from sheet to sheet in the document? I tried option 
+command+right arrow, but this just seems to take me elsewhere in the  
existing sheet.
