lol the subject of office versus iWork started again lol.

come on apple. for heaven's sake please please pull your fingers out of your
pockets and get iWork going. this to us will be a much cheaper and more
reliable source of office software than microsoft's slap dashed attempts at
an
office suite.

I dont have any hope now that microsoft will listen to us. even with some
tricks up my sleave etc I think this may be a losing battle. I would though
like
to ask god as he is with us if he will be with us and guide apple in their
ways and help us. I do of course believe the lord can play a part in software
lol. perfect example. mac OS 9 fatal crash. I sat there and thought it
through, asked my god for a smile and some help. I sat back, smiled, restarted
my
mac and problem solved.

sorry that was a bit of true humour lol. but if we can talk with apple over
our needs. be exact in our requirements of software and attempt to resolve
issues then apple will work with us. we are a part however small part in their

community for buying their products but at the same time we are the ones
passing on recommendations and getting others to share in our investments.
some
of us have invested in base hardware and others like myself in heavy duty
and custom hardware. all in the persuit of excellence.

so if we can communicate clearly and concisely with apple's accessibility
team and resolve problems, get our applications to work natively with voiceover

and get up and running then we are talking.

as my macs will be in the studio and on the road for me it is crucial that
two main apps work. no sorry 3. Logic studio 8, iWork 08 and firefox

also a small favour. to anyone using skype... can we pay close attention to
communicating with developers of skype so we can get better access to the
applications.

on reference to this subject and my appologies for going of tangent. the
macbook air is a great investment for a student, business user or general user
who wants something light and stable. ok its small and limited in hardware
outputs etc but hey its a good thing. I even love the feel of the keyboard.
anything beets this pile of junk of a windows pc and poo keyboard. it will be
turned into a petrol driven computer. yes a honda engine driving whats
needed and an exhaust lol. 4 wheels for mobiile computing and a dirty great
CRT to
show off lol hehehe
