I'm not much into macros so I can't fully answer the question on that
score, Nisus Writer Pro comes with a detailed manual so if I get time
later on today I'll look this up as its an interesting question and I
have given some thought to writing some macros in Nisus Writer as
there are a few tasks which I complete here that Macros could make a
lot easier.
On the face of it though (seeing as I'm lead to believe that a Nisus
Macro can be a pearl script) I can't see why you can't have shortcut
keys to trigger or be used as input in Macros.

Hi Listers,
I just wanted to ask those of you who use Nisus Writer Pro - dane
being one of them - whether Macros included in Nisus Writer have any
shortcut keys assigned to them. I can't find anything in the menus
that would mention shortcut keys. If not, can it be done by such a
computer illiterate as myself?
Any tips appreciated. and by the way, thanks to David, Anne and all
others who responded to my deleting strictures query.
Simon
