Jumping to a time in ITunes

Hi all,

Just wondering how to jump to a certain time in ITunes? I was  
listening to something, I whent to rewind it, and it started at the  
beginning again.

Thanks. I'll have to fast forward through about 1 hour worth of  
content now.
