actually, there is no save target as, that is a windows nomenclature.  save 
is probably what you want.  Here is somethig else to try, choose copy and 
then past the copy into text edit and examine the url.  I say this because 
if you are not getting the right contextual menu, you are not sitting on 
something safari considers to be downloadable.  for instance, if the file 
ends in .xml you may not get the dave item.  if it is .mp3 you will.

OK i am on the blind cool tech site. i have tabbed to a lint for a
pod cast i wish to  download i.e. the one about the apple
accessibility although it could be any of them. i now press VO then F5
to bring the mouse to the link i wish to download.
then i press shift, plus VO keys and M to activate a right click.
after bringing up this contextual menu i hope to find  "save target
as" but it isn't there  all i get is
back  save page as, print page, and a few others that i can't remember
but no save target as.

hope you can make something from this as i am completely lost.
