F10 is where it has always been, but the actual functions have changed. Those keys act as media control keys unless you have the FN key held down. On the new BT keyboard, it is the bottom left most key. On the new crazy thin USB keyboard, it is sadly where the insert key should be. I don't know what Apple did to the insert key, since on the mac it actually was the Help key. Nobody ever uses the help key anymore, even most Apps don't respond to it. They respond to command question mark.
