audio issues with the mac minny

Hey guys, alright a few minor questions with the mac minny.  Is there  
a microphone built in to it?
Also, ehre's another question.  I normally have a set of speakers  
hooked up to it.  What i wanna do is switch over to a headset quickly  
when i get a call on skype especially when it is late at night.
I'm wondering what is the best way to do this without having to unplug  
the speakers ll the time?
Would perhaps a bluetooth ehadset work?
