Question regarding System Voice Rate

Hi all,

Under system preferences in the "Speech" pane, is there a way to make  
the speech go as fast as it does at 80 percent with VoiceOver? I  
adjust the System Voice rate to 100 percent, and it's not very fast at  
all.
