Cheryl,
I forgot to use the shift key. Got the install done successfully. A
difference in reading of Leopard as opposed to Tiger I noticed while doing
this install is that VoiceOver pauses to take a breath just like human
readers would do.

did you try ctrl-option-shift-space instead of just ctrl-option-space? also,
check with vokeys-f3 then vokeys-f4 then vokeys-f5 to make sure your mouse
cursor, vo cursor, and keyboard are all lined up. If not, you need to line
them up. cmd-vokeys-f4 moves keyboard to vo cursor; vokeys-shift-f4 moves vo
cursor to keyboard; cmd-vokeys-f5 moves mouse to vo cursor; shift-vokeys-f5
moves vo cursor to mouse cursor; Usually it's the mouse or keyboard cursor
that isn't lined up.
Btw you've been using linux for years; so OF COURSE it's easier to do things
in linux than tiger!!!
And I seem to remember a number of posts from you on linux lists having
problems, so you know running linux isn't all a piece of cake either!!!

I can't get the button to properly click to agree to the license. I can't
even locate it with the mouse all that does is to start up a menu when I
click or roll the wheel and the keyboard though it claims to click it puts
a screen up afterward where the buttons dim and the agree license dialog
remains on that new screen. It's easier getting python installed on Linux
than Tiger.
