Jude, am personally not sure what the issue is here. I simply
installed the two packages that were in the read me file and the game
just worked. The developer is very specific in the versions that are
required for the game to run properly so I'd personally tend to go
with that, myself.
If you really are having as much problem installing or locating
these packages and such, the developer has a SoundRTS list which might
be a good thing to subscribe to as I'd bet that this might be a very
good thing for Jean-Luc (the dev) to hear, as it could help in future
installations and such, to make them a bit easier on peeps.
