You should be fine with the update Dv. Yes you'll get VO when you use
either FN Cmd F5 or just Cmd F5 dependning on whether you're using a
laptop or not.
If you go to the Utility menu you'll find the option.

reset passwords. You'll hav to retart the computer and hold down
the c key with disc in to run the installation application
