SoundRTS Installation Help Needed

I followed all ofthe instructions in the SoundRTS Read Me file, but  
the game will *not* play.

I installed the right version of Python, Pygame, and PYOBJC,and then I  
opened up the SoundRTS.pyc file but it won't start.  Any tips?   
Please? :)  I relaly miss it.

I am running this under Leopard, or at least, trying to.
