audio high jack pro?

Hey listers I know I've seen this somewhere before on this list but, I  
can't seem to find itin the archives.
I'm trying to use audio hj pro to record both system input, and the  
enturnal mic, I've installed soundflower, but, I'm not sure how to set  
up the preset. I don't know when to chose sound flower ither input, or  
output.
Any help please?
