it would be interesting to see what happens if it could work

In general they tend to write stuff very generic and then port it to
as many platforms as possible. So you have the Mac, Windows,
Playstation, wii, xbox etc. That makes them reluctant to do much
specific to any one platform, such as VO on the Mac. Their contact
page is here:

but I wouldn't hope for much.

That's probably the one. I wasn't aware that Apple was a
reseller. That means there would be a lot more red tape, then,
wouldn't it? Richie Gardenhire, Anchorage, Alaska.

Are you talking about this game?

If so, that's made by Electronic Arts and Apple is just a
reseller. There is a lot of stuff in the Apple store that they
don't actually make.

Apple has a computer golf game, which is a suite of courses,
designed by golf pro, Tiger Woods, which Apple is marketing for
him on their website, under Games. Unfortunately, it isn't
VoiceOver-compatible, as yet. I have, however, on several
occasions, inquired to Apple about the possibility of working out
an arrangement with Tiger, where the games can be adapted for use
by blind computer golfers, and what would be the cost for such
games. A friend of mine looked at the suite of courses, and he
said they are challenging; he is a teaching pro at one of our
local area golf clubs, as well as Full Swing, an indoor, golf
facility, used in winter. I went to the Assistive Gaming site
and found a couple of golf games for Windows, but none for the
Mac. I have seen one for Ultimate Football; according to what I
read, it can be played either on Windows or the Mac. I'm having
a great time with Mac Pool, and a couple of board games. The
price for the suite of golf courses, as I recall, was $25.99.
