hi CQ,

It is possible you can do this in sharing from the list of services instead
of from the firewall.

Subject: Firewall settings

Hey All, hope yer' all having a lovely one. <smile>

I'm trying to remove an app from my firewall's list of applications
and having a devil of a time with the whole dialogue. More
specifically, I can select / change the three radio buttons which
govern the level of protection from the fw, but I cannot seem to
figure out not only how to remove an app I've selected in the table,
but also how to access the advanced settings, as the advanced button
is dimmed.

There are also two other buttons which are dimmed as well, which
also have no help tags for VO, so this is really kind of annoying.

Does anyone have exp with this dialogue with VO? Is there something
obvious which I'm missing?…

thanks so much and have a wonderful day!…

Smiles,

Cara :)
