I couldn't find anything in their documentation saying you needed to
have WMP installed before flip4mac would work. Flip4Mac is recommended
by Microsoft for Mac users wanting to play WMP files. I guess it was
either easier for them to do this than to support the mac player, or it
was another nice competitive advantage for them to make it hard for Mac
folks. Either way it seems to work ok except for DRMed media.
