The simple answer is iSynch. The real answer is it depends and odds
are you can't. Verizon and Sprint use CDMA phones and are nearly
impossible to synch with a Mac. ATT and others are more likely to be
iSynch friendly. The best thing to do is google your exact
cellphone model and "synch mac". I believe there is also a site
called www.macandcell.com that helps hook up your model cell phone
with synch solutions.
For Verizon and Sprint (CDMA phones) an app called BITPIM is your
best hope, but it's absolutely not VO friendly. No chance of using
it w/o sighted help.
