Now, that's weird. For the first time I was able to access that button when I updated Itunes. I wonder why? I thought the had finally fixed the problem since I was able to do it. Unfortunately I can't remember exactly what I was doing at the time, but sure enough whatever I did I could see the button and actually purchased something after the update just to see if it really worked.
