Hi Tiffanitsa, you can view a contact's profile in one of three
ways that I know of. Firstly you can ctrl click on their name and
choose the 'view profile' option. Secondly, you can simply highlight
their name in your contact list and press command I. Thirdly, you can
again highlight their name, and select the 'view profile' option in
the contacts menu in the menu bar.
