hi i agree. ok, we ahve mac access via voice over, but now the applications which matter need to work, get over the hype apple of saying look at voice over, we need it to do jobs, and do them well. I'm sure it will eventually but these applications like Iworks etc, are for productivity which is part of what the macintosh is used for, right? so i am surprised apple aren't making more of an effort now. They go on about the importance of accessibility which i applaud them fore, yet their own applications half the time don't practice what they preech
will

well guys and girls

the subject line says it all. I just acquired a brand new version
which I have installed and registered for work. docked it, launched
all apps and guess what. after updating the apps still no
accessibility fixes. wow what a waste of time installing it. I am
getting incredibly frustrated by the incompetence
of Microsoft as a corporate international entity selling these
products when they dont have a clue about accessibility needs for the
blind and print disabled. wow what a joke.

well if anyone wants to keep hacking away at microsoft to kick them
where it really hurts then put it this way I'm more than willing to
help out and put some backbreaking stuff in.

when will we actually see anything from apple regarding iWork or
Microsoft with office 2008 accessibility interfacing and interaction
with voiceover in the many areas that need work.

ok just for anyone who missed the web link to flood microsoft and I
MEAN FLOOD microsoft with your thoughts, needs, complaints and more
then go for it.

please go to.....

one way or another something has to be done and I wont be sitting on
my hands waiting thats for sure. well done microCrap, microshaft,
micromoneysuckers or whatever you want to call the most pathetic of
companies in the world. give me the head of microsoft and product
design and accessibility, some hand cuffs, a lamp post etc oh and
some chain with padlock and get someone else in the business who
actually damn well knows their business

sorry I've been dying to let of steam here and todays the day
