Add another macvim setting

Hi all

If you're experimenting with Macvim at all, you should probably add  
another option to the .vimrc file I gave you in my intro message.

set virtualedit+=onemore

Once you do this, arrowing right will speak the last character on a  
line *without* going into insert mode.
