I think you can export your messages too.  The best way I know to do this is 
to import the addresses through the address book on the Mac you are doing 
this with mac os?  Then set up mail filters on the Mac for your mail.  when 
you import the mail, you can have it sorted into its correct boxes.

It's all my outlook folders and everything including addresses.
I can export the addresses as a .CSV file and import them in to
address book, but I wanted the messages too.
I'm trying not to use my Windows machine.
