this issue  does not clearly affect us. preview mode  is a safe mode.
only when you actually open an email directly can it be considered an
issue of security. with OS X leopard in my network I never have any
security threats.  and I dont have any concerns over exploitative data.


removing the preview pane  is not available and is not necessary at all.
