The crossfader in iTunes is in the Playback preference menu, Command+comma to bring up preferences, Command+3 for playback (or, just VO-keys+right arrow until you hear "Playback" and VO-keys+space to select it). Then, when you VO-keys right arrow in to the menu you'll come to a checkbox for "Crossfade Playback". Check it and go on to interact with the slider. HTH Cheers, Esther
